Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected delivery address.

During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times refer to the transit period after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and external factors.

Estimated delivery times by destination:

  • Spain: 6–10 business days

  • Ireland: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 6–10 business days

  • Germany: 6–10 business days

  • United States: 5–8 business days

  • Canada: 6–10 business days

  • Australia: 6–10 business days

  • New Zealand: 6–10 business days

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are beyond our control.
International shipments may also be subject to customs delays, which can extend the delivery timeframe.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our customer support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at sales@elvoruby.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.


Delayed Delivery

At ELVORUBY, we understand the importance of receiving your order on time and strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier delays

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Customs clearance

  • Address verification or payment issues

If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and assist where we can. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will keep you informed and support you throughout the process.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at sales@elvoruby.com and we will assist you in investigating the issue.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as additional information may be required. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates when available.

Please note that ELVORUBY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and such cases fall outside our standard refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.

If the package cannot be located, filing a police report may be required.
